Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data of users of the website keno.pl.

2. What data do we process?

Depending on the method of contact and use of the website, we may process the following data:

  • data provided in the contact form, such as name or company name, e-mail address and the content of the message,

  • data provided in e-mail correspondence or during telephone contact,

  • data related to possible business enquiries, orders or cooperation,

  • technical data related to the use of the website, such as IP address, browser information, device information, operating system and cookies,

  • statistical data concerning the use of the website, collected through Google Analytics.

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary to send a message and receive a response.

3. Purposes of data processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • handling enquiries submitted through the contact form,

  • responding to e-mail messages and conducting correspondence,

  • preparing information about products, availability or cooperation,

  • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — the legitimate interest of the controller, consisting in handling enquiries, conducting correspondence, ensuring the operation of the website, analysing basic statistics and protecting against claims,

  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — if the contact concerns the conclusion or performance of a contract,

  • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR — if the processing of data is necessary to fulfil obligations arising from legal provisions,

  • Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR — if the user gives separate consent to a specific action, in particular to the use of analytical or marketing cookies, if such consent is required by applicable law.

5. Data retention period

Data provided through the contact form or in correspondence is stored for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and conduct correspondence.

After the contact has ended, the data may be stored for the period necessary to secure possible claims or for the period required by applicable law, for example accounting or tax regulations.

Statistical data collected through Google Analytics is stored in accordance with the settings of this tool and Google’s policies. Cookies used by Google Analytics, such as _ga, may be stored on the user’s device for up to 2 years, unless the user deletes them earlier or changes cookie settings.

6. Recipients of data

Personal data may be transferred to entities that support us in operating the website and conducting our business, in particular:

  • the website and hosting provider,

  • the e-mail service provider,

  • entities providing IT support,

  • entities providing accounting, legal or administrative services, if necessary,

We use Google Analytics on the website. This tool helps us analyse how users use the website. Thanks to this, we can check, among other things, the number of visits, the popularity of individual subpages and general user behaviour on the website.

The provider of Google Analytics is Google Ireland Limited. In connection with the use of Google services, data may also be processed by other entities from the Google group, including outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with the rules and safeguards applied by Google.
