How should I care for my rug so that it lasts for years?

Wash in plenty of warm water, using only mild detergents. Wash separately in an automatic washing machine, without spinning.
Dry flat, with the pile facing outwards.
Do not wring or iron.
The rugs will remain soft and fluffy if fabric softener is added during the final rinse.

At first, all velour rugs shed some loose fibres, so the washing machine filter should be cleaned thoroughly after the first few washes.

Do you offer a warranty? How long is it valid for?

Yes, we offer a 3-year warranty on our rugs.

I found unusual stains on my rug. Why did this happen?

It is possible that you are using strong floor-cleaning detergents and have not wiped them off completely. Harsh chemicals can affect the colour of the rug, just as they can with regular clothing.
